Leslie Pope is an accomplished educator with over 22 years of experience and currently serves as a high school assistant principal. She previously held roles as a classroom teacher, Instructional Coach, Media Coordinator, and District Instructional Technology Facilitator, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and innovation in education. An NC RethinkEd Badged Facilitator, she frequently delivers professional development focused on STEM and educational technology. She also served as an NCBOLD Ambassador with NCDPI from 2017 to 2024.Ms. Pope brings extensive expertise in digital learning and instructional support, including certification as a Google for Education Trainer, experience with Follett Destiny, and service as an Apple Learning Coach. She holds a Master of School Administration from Gardner-Webb University, a Master of Library Science, and an Instructional Technology Facilitator add-on certification from Appalachian State University, reflecting her continued commitment to professional growth and excellence in education.
