About me
Dr. Lindsay Lewis is a knowledgeable, driven, and experienced educator with a history of working in the K-12 setting, as well as higher education and private industry. Dr. Lewis started her career teaching high school science, and she left the classroom to pursue her PhD, which she completed in 2015. Dr. Lewis has eight years of experience as an instructional coach. She holds a teaching license, as well as one for school administration. In 2022, she returned to the K-12 classroom as an elementary school teacher. Currently, Dr. Lewis is a SparkLab Leader for Wake County Public School System. Within this role, she connects with learners throughout the district to increase their awareness of careers in high-tech fields. Dr. Lewis' favorite thing about being an educator is being able to build relationships with people -- that is truly where education begins.
