Brian, an ISTE certified educator, is the Digital Teaching & Learning Consultant for the Piedmont Triad Region at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. He served as an instructional design coach, technology facilitator, and STEM/science teacher in Rowan-Salisbury Schools for 21 years. Notably, he taught Design Thinking/Challenge Based Learning at North Rowan High School. Brian's diverse teaching experiences include the North Carolina Virtual Public School and as an adjunct chemistry instructor at Catawba College. He serves as the NCTIES Board secretary and NCSTA social media manager. Brian brings expertise and passion to transforming education through digital learning.
